    RELEASE OF GRADES
The Office of the College Registrar (OCR) of the Manila Tytana Colleges provides parents and guardians information on the academic standing of their children. Every end of each semester, the OCR sends through mail the students’ grade cards to their respective homes, addressed to the parents/guardians.
Committed to protecting the records of its students to the extent required by law, the OCR has established policies and procedures regarding the release of these documents.
The Philippine Republic Act No. 10173 or the “Data Privacy Act of 2012” (DPA) sets forth requirements regarding the privacy of student records. DPA gives students the right to allow or not allow the OCR to release any information from the student records.
In accordance with the DPA, the OCR requires authorization from its students prior to the access and/or release of the grade cards. By signing a consent form, you allow Manila Tytana Colleges, the Office of the College Registrar in particular, to send your grade cards for the previous semester to your parent/s or guardian/s through mail.
